Global Mobility Tax Manager
EY
Lead Canadian and US expatriate tax engagements at EY, applying personal taxation expertise and sound judgment to cross-border matters. Manage client delivery and people leadership.As a Manager in EY’s People Advisory Services Mobility practice, you will support multinational employers and internationally mobile individuals. Your work spans Canadian and US tax compliance, advisory solutions, complex personal returns, client relationships, and engagement economics. You will also coach junior tax professionals.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Canadian and US expatriate tax engagementsReview complex personal income tax returns and deliverablesAdvise clients on cross-border employment and compensation mattersManage budgets, schedules, timelines, and engagement economicsCoach Senior Tax Staff and Tax StaffRequirements:
Canadian or US personal taxation foundationExperience with expatriate or global mobility tax mattersBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCPA, Enrolled Agent, or relevant tax designationSeveral years of relevant taxation experienceBring expatriate tax expertise, client leadership, and coaching experience to EY’s globally connected Mobility practice.
