Our client, a cornerstone of the Commercial Real Estate and Infrastructure sector, is looking for a dynamic operational partner to keep lease agreements and procurement workflows running smoothly. This role sits right at the heart of multi-department collaboration, vendor management, and property operations success across high-value commercial assets.

In this mission-critical role, you will serve as the crucial connection point between internal business teams, property managers, and external vendors. Your day-to-day focus will center on reviewing lease terms, preparing tender documentation, monitoring contract lifecycles, and ensuring total compliance from start to finish.

Location: Hybrid (Quebec office location / Remote flexibility)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Standard Business Hours) 35 h per week

Responsibilities
Lease & Contract Architecture: Review and interpret commercial leases, scope-of-work documents, simple technical specifications, and fee schedules to align with internal targets.

Procurement Execution: Launch purchase requests, build tender documentation alongside supply chain teams, and participate in administrative bid openings.

Vendor & Lifecycle Management: Track active contract deadlines, process timely renewals, verify financial recommendations, and coordinate supplier communications.

Operational Analytics: Conduct simple market research, cost comparisons, and create operational dashboards and tracking reports for leadership.

Qualifications
Education: DEC in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Administrative Techniques, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or procurement certifications such as SCMP/PSPP are strong assets).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement, administration, project coordination, or real estate operations.

Language Requirement: This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on ability to read contracts or lease agreements, paired with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
