Successful candidates will bring deep product expertise and oversee a global team, focusing on operational excellence and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product execution across assigned categories
- Ensure brand vision aligns with technical feasibility
- Drive product development strategies across divisions
- Identify and resolve risks in development processes
- Partner with suppliers for capability assessments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 12+ years in Product Development or related functions
- Proven expertise in apparel and manufacturing processes
- Strong financial acumen to balance quality and costs
- Exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills
