Lead Upsun’s product-led growth strategy remotely, combining SaaS expertise with funnel optimization across global markets. Own measurable revenue outcomes.As Director, Product-Led Growth, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead Upsun’s product-led revenue engine. Your work will support Upsun Cloud and Upsun Dispatch across developer recruitment, freemium conversion, expansion, and retention. You will connect Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to scale self-service experiences internationally.Key Responsibilities:
Own ARR from self-service experiences through retentionBuild programs supporting acquisition and revenue milestonesDefine in-product monetization and optimize self-service funnelsRefine Product-Led Sales handoffs with enterprise SalesAnalyze behavior, intent, churn, onboarding, NPS, and lifetime valueRequirements:
Growth leadership experience in PLG SaaS or cloud platformsExperience across Marketing, Product Management, and EngineeringHands-on growth analytics and conversion funnel expertiseUnderstanding of developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, and AI toolsExperience scaling revenue across remote international teamsBring product-led growth leadership, commercial judgment, and developer-platform fluency to Upsun’s expanding global revenue engine.
