- Architect and scale relational and distributed SQL databases
- Automate provisioning, failover, backups, and upgrades
- Execute reliability-focused schema and data migrations
- Own the networking stack connecting services to storage
- Foster a culture of quality through code review standards
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Expertise in MySQL and TiDB preferred
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking
- Proven background in zero-downtime migrations
- Excellent communication skills for global collaboration
