As a Department Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within MEC, guiding frontline teams and ensuring customers have memorable experiences. Your responsibilities include directing member service standards, coaching staff on the sales floor, and resolving customer issues effectively. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance team engagement and foster an inclusive store culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily member service execution on the sales floor
  • Coach teams through real-time feedback and training
  • Ensure service excellence at Cash and Member Service Desk
  • Drive community outreach and member events
  • Analyze sales metrics to improve service outcomes
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience leading retail or service teams
  • Proven skills in floor leadership and coaching
  • Strong communication and issue resolution abilities
  • Passion for the outdoors and community engagement
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
