Senior Aerospace Landing Gear Engineer

Apply aerospace engineering expertise to landing gear support, root cause analysis, and repair design for critical in-service issues. This senior position requires independent technical judgment.The Senior Service Engineer supports MROs, OEMs, and operators with landing gear concerns. You will investigate component failures, develop corrective actions, and coordinate with design, stress, materials, manufacturing, and customer support teams. The work includes technical leadership and airworthiness considerations.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for landing gear in-service issuesLead investigations and perform root cause analysisDevelop repairs, modifications, and engineering recommendationsReview manuals, repair procedures, and service instructionsMentor engineers and support technical customer discussionsRequirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in EngineeringMinimum ten years of aerospace industry experienceLanding gear experience preferredInterpret aerospace drawings and GD&TUnderstand strength, fatigue, durability, and certification requirementsUse landing gear expertise, analytical judgment, and repair engineering skills to resolve complex aerospace service issues independently.
