We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. This role is essential in ensuring that team members are supported, and maintaining high standards of service. The Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
- Schedule and coordinate upcoming jobs to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Respond to and manage email requests from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of job schedules .
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Lead and manage admin staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Oversee customer support operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the office.
- Train new employees on office procedures, customer service expectations, and software usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or supervisory role, preferably in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office and Jobber).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
