Yoga Trainer

Job :
Nest Health Centre is seeking a qualified and motivated Yoga Trainer to join our growing health and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting health, mindfulness, and physical well-being through yoga practice, and able to adapt classes to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Lead group yoga classes and individual sessions
Create safe, engaging, and effective yoga routines for all skill levels
Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure client safety and comfort
Promote mindfulness, relaxation, and overall wellness
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Certified Yoga Instructor (recognized certification required)
Previous experience teaching yoga (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to supporting holistic health and wellness
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as required Employment Terms:
Position: Part-time/Full-time (to be discussed)
Location: Nest Health Centre, Regina, SK
