AI Software Engineer at Alignerr

Alignerr Corp.

Shape AI development with Alignerr as a fully remote Software Engineer focused on AI training. Write and evaluate code to enhance AI systems while enjoying flexible hours. We are looking for a Software Engineer skilled in multiple programming languages to improve AI-generated code. This hands-on contract position allows you to work independently while providing expert feedback on AI outputs. Your insights will be fundamental in training AI systems to think like human developers. Key Responsibilities:

Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages
Review AI-generated code for efficiency and correctness
Identify bugs and performance bottlenecks in outputs
Provide detailed, structured feedback on coding decisions
Design coding prompts to stress-test AI capabilities

Requirements:

Proficient in programming languages like Python or JavaScript
Strong understanding of algorithms and software design
Ability to communicate coding concepts clearly
Self-motivated with a knack for independent work
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
