Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Financial Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

You’ll work inside a leading Canadian retail environment, connecting with customers face-to-face and introducing them to our client’s credit card products and benefits . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, loves meeting new people, and wants their performance to directly impact their earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively connect with customers in-store and start engaging conversations
• Introduce and promote our client’s credit card products
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and value to customers
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and provide relevant product information
• Build strong product knowledge and become a trusted, approachable resource in-store
• Work toward and exceed individual sales targets
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Build productive relationships with retail store teams
• Protect customer information and maintain strict confidentiality
• Support multiple store locations within your assigned territory when needed

• Willingness to complete a criminal and credit background check
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or financial product experience is an asset, but not required
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are assets, but not required if you can reliably travel to assigned locations
  

Compensation & Schedule

Base Pay: $17.60/hour + Uncapped Commission
Employment: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible availability Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
