Twin Motors Dauphin is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team. What You'll Do

• Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, payment, and financing options honestly and clearly.
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone, email, and text.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide a strong sales experience.
• Work toward established monthly sales and productivity goals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning dealership systems.
• Ability to present information clearly and enthusiastically.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Comfort using social media and other tools to build customer relationships.
• Valid Manitoba driver's licence.
• Previous automotive experience is not required
