Chief Compliance Officer at Global Investment Firm

Step into a pivotal role as Chief Compliance Officer with a leading global investment firm. Provide critical compliance guidance and develop risk frameworks for various business units. This position offers the chance to influence governance, risk management, and compliance within a high-performing regional team. As a Compliance professional, you'll establish programs, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's objectives. Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and investment operations to ensure compliance across all mandates. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk frameworks across the organization
- Monitor compliance programs and guideline adherence
- Partner with portfolio and client account managers on compliance
- Address and resolve compliance breaches effectively
- Provide timely governance and risk advice to the business
- Extensive experience in compliance within investment firms
- Proven ability to develop compliance frameworks
- Strong collaboration skills with operational teams
- In-depth knowledge of risk management principles
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
