We have multiple open vacancies for Metal Forming Operators at our Windsor, ON location.
Pay starting at $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Great shift premiums – 7.5% when working on the afternoon shift and 15% on the steady midnight shift.
Rotating shifts (days and afternoons) and steady Midnight shifts are available.
The Role:
As a Metal Forming Operator you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
As a Metal Forming Operator you will:
- Set up, operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished products and documents production results
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate when necessary
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience (bonus if you have)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to repetitively lift 25 pounds
- Able to wear PPE (safety shoes, hearing and eye protection
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
