- Provide a full range of periodontal services
- Support a collaborative clinical environment
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Mentor and lead less experienced staff as needed
- Manage a busy schedule starting from day one
- BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited institution
- Registration or process of registration in Ontario
- Eligible for dental practice in Ontario
- Comfort with various periodontal procedures
- Ability to engage effectively with patients
