- Analyze projects and assist with asset management
- Update quarterly IFRS asset valuations and appraisals
- Conduct industry research and track operational activities
- Provide analytical support across organizational levels
- Prepare reporting materials for management and board meetings
- 2-4 years in asset management or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or real estate
- Strong Excel skills for financial data analysis
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
