- Drive leadership initiatives to support student learning
- Supervise staff and manage associated budgets
- Conduct program analysis to enhance educational offerings
- Facilitate collaboration in a respectful and trust-filled environment
- Implement strategies for equity and special education success
- Exceptional leadership experience in Catholic education
- Knowledge of school board operations and leadership
- Strong personal leadership and organizational skills
- Minimum five years of administrative experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
