• Directly manage a caseload of complex insurance claims

• Provide thorough verification of coverage and information
• Facilitate smooth claims progression with stakeholders
• Analyze and argue insurer decisions when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in insurance claims experience
• Valid claims adjuster permit required
• University degree or relevant experience necessary
• Proficient in both French and English
• Additional skill in Microsoft Office 365 tools appreciated
