Job Responsibility:
Variety of tasks: Everyday is a little different at R&T Auctions
- Assist with day-to-day operations, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare items for auction, including cataloging, photographing, and ensuring accurate descriptions.
- Estate clearance projects with attention to detail and sensitivity.
- Engage with clients, facilitate transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our auctions and attract bidders. (specialized role)
- Capture high-quality images of auction items to showcase their features and enhance online listings.
- Leadership Positions: We have leadership opportunities available for experienced professionals who can drive team performance and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in auctions, sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred for some positions.
- Leadership roles require demonstrated leadership skills and experience.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
