Duties & Responsibilities

• Work alongside the General Manager to lead the team, ensuring we provide the highest quality standards for food and an outstanding guest experience.
• Develop leadership skills under the mentorship of the GM, coaching staff to receive excellent training and support.
• Learn and manage the financials, working to achieve and exceed established goals.
• Live and teach Jack’s values and promises.
• Use strong time‑management skills and attention to detail to complete jobs efficiently.
• Spread enthusiasm and energy throughout the team.

Qualifications

• 2‑4 years of previous restaurant management experience in a comparable environment.
• Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing English.
• Comfortable using computers and quickly learning new software.
• Ability to manage the restaurant with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality, and a fun, winning mindset.
• Strong math and analytical skills for managing sales goals, inventory, cash and other financial metrics.
• Experience with scheduling, labor and product cost control, and inventory management.
• Experience in developing a team considered an asset.
• Smart Serve Certification.
