Senior Caregiver Required 4-6 hours per day
Part-time
To help 92 yr old male, whom was doing well at home living independently and hopes to again...He had a fall and now needs help for transfers and simple strength building exercises, as he builds his strength back up. This position in the beginning will require a caregiver to help get the elderly gentleman going in the morning and possibly some assistance in the afternoon and/or evening. He does like to make his own meals and work on his computer during the day, as well as read and work on his taxes. However, he will be back home soon in the Bowness community in Calgary and may need help with transfers bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to sofa and back. Along with wheelchair toilet and back...He is also very hard of hearing and needs someone who's english is pretty good for him to understand them. Strong dialects he has trouble with:) (Part-Time, Live-Out) For morning, evening (on weekend)
