As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the success of senior software and infrastructure engineers by delivering innovative and scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with product management to translate requirements into actionable plans while promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence among your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in developing and maintaining CX/CCaaS solutions
• Partner with product management on prioritizing development tasks
• Mentor engineers to drive high performance and growth
• Manage agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ensure and implement automation and observability best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software or infrastructure engineering
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficient in programming, especially in languages like Python
• Experience in Linux/UNIX troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills for technical audiences
