- Act as primary contact for technical support and resolve issues
- Perform data quality assessments across ERP systems
- Develop user manuals and lead training programs
- Handle solution configuration across various modules
- Lead testing efforts for successful User Acceptance Testing
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 5–8 years of Kinaxis Maestro experience
- Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification required
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and data models
- Strong communication skills for complex solutions
