Lead the Western Region at Sovereign Insurance as Associate Vice President of Commercial Solutions in this hybrid role. Drive impactful insurance strategies and lead high-performance teams for success. Sovereign Insurance seeks a dynamic leader to oversee commercial insurance solutions in the Western Region. With over ten years of industry experience, you will coach your teams to achieve strategic objectives while developing innovative solutions. Your insights will help shape business plans that align with financial goals and foster strong relationships within the broker community. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and mentor leadership teams towards strategic goals
- Develop business plans and monitor performance results
- Lead regional teams in broker-focused services and products
- Manage broker relationships to achieve volume objectives
- Ensure compliance and effective communication across all levels
- 10+ years in underwriting and marketing
- 7+ years of leadership in commercial insurance
- Bachelor's degree preferred; CIP designation a plus
- Proven high-performance team management skills
- Strong understanding of business strategies and risks
