Remote Operations Manager for Dexterra Group

Dexterra

Lead field operations as a Remote Operations Manager with Dexterra Group. Drive performance, mentor teams, and enhance client relationships across Northern Manitoba with a focus on community engagement. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee multiple contracts while fostering a culture of operational excellence. Your leadership will empower field teams to ensure safety, employee development, and improved client satisfaction. With strategic insights, you will be at the forefront of building strong partnerships and enhancing business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and develop all direct reports to strengthen leadership
Oversee operational plans to achieve business objectives
Identify and implement new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with corporate values and safety standards
Foster relationships with indigenous communities and stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years in Remote Camp Operations or similar
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent financial management and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
