Innovation-Focused IT Specialist in Law Firm

Lead the integration of technology and AI in a prestigious Montreal law firm, focusing on internal support and innovative solutions. This position invites you to innovate and optimize workflows with your expertise. As the primary IT resource, you will provide comprehensive technical support while spearheading innovation initiatives that benefit the firm’s teams. This role empowers you to drive technological improvements, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes to enhance overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to staff
Diagnose and resolve technology-related issues effectively
Develop and implement AI projects tailored to user needs
Maintain IT inventory and assist in equipment upgrades
Create user-friendly documentation and conduct training

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent experience in information technology
Proven experience in technical support roles
Competence in Microsoft 365 and related tools
Passion for automation and emerging tech solutions
Fluent in French and English communications
