Enhance the HEART Trust Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation systems as a Project Specialist. This volunteer role will support operations and governance at their central office and Kingston branch. As a Project Specialist with HEART Trust, you will participate in specialized assessments and contribute to effective operational procedures. Your role involves evaluating programs and training staff on monitoring effectiveness and best practices in project management. This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact while gaining diverse experience in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis and SWOT assessments of internal processes
• Improve operational procedures for performance tracking
• Evaluate programs and finalize M&E reports
• Train staff on effective program monitoring strategies Requirements:
• University degree in project management or related field
• Experience collaborating with senior managers
• Proven capacity-building and organizational development skills
• Advanced English level (Level 4)
