Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via email and video recordings
- Troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues effectively
- Document learnings and share solutions with the team
- Identify patterns and feedback for product improvement
- Prioritize effectively while managing multiple requests
- Previous experience in technical support at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with HelpScout or ticketing systems
- Knowledge of front-end development and debugging tools
- Experience reading API documentation for troubleshooting
- Strong written communication skills for client interactions
