Accounting & Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as the Accounting & Customer Service Administrator

We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support customers, manage accounting and billing processes, coordinate inventory and deliveries, and help oversee day-to-day office operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the agricultural industry while working closely with a knowledgeable team and supporting a wide range of business functions. Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, customer service, or a related administrative role involving regular customer interaction.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to switch between customer service and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Tronia) is an asset.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
• Agricultural background an asset.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a seasonal environment, including extended hours as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Location: In Person, Stayner Office
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Off-season); Extended hours during peak seasons
• Wage: $22-$24/hr
• Vacancy Status: Open
