IT Enterprise Architect (Oracle Enterprise Manager - OEM)

As a Senior IT Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle Enterprise Manager solutions supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms. You will collaborate with infrastructure, database, networking, and security teams to upgrade OEM, improve system monitoring, implement high‑availability architectures, and ensure reliable performance of Oracle IAM environments running in large‑scale enterprise healthcare systems.

Must Have Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer working with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) .
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager 13C , including monitoring configuration and alert generation.
• Minimum 3 years of Oracle Database integration experience .
• Experience implementing end‑to‑end Oracle Enterprise Manager infrastructure solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing active‑active multi‑data center architectures .
• Strong experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into enterprise technical architecture.
• Experience producing architecture, deployment, and integration documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade Oracle Enterprise Manager from OEM 13C to OEM 24ai.
• Design, configure, and optimize enterprise monitoring solutions using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Configure performance monitoring, alerting, and reporting for Oracle Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Integrate OEM with Oracle databases and enterprise infrastructure.
• Design and implement highly available, active‑active multi‑data center architectures.
• Support Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM), and related Oracle IAM components.
• Collaborate with database, infrastructure, networking, and security teams during implementation.
• Produce architecture, deployment, integration, and operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, monitoring, and performance issues.
• Participate in enterprise architecture reviews and provide technical recommendations.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
