```Responsibilities:```- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives- Oversee daily operations of the organization and ensure efficient and effective performance- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition- Collaborate with other executives and departments to drive cross-functional initiatives- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
```Qualifications:```- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an executive or senior manager- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets- Knowledge of customer service, sales, hospitality, or hotel industry is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
