Triple Tee Medical Clinic is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Registered Nurse.  

Reporting to the Clinic Manager/Supervising Physician, the RN will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate and client-centered nursing care to patients within a family medicine clinic, supporting both acute and ongoing clinical needs.

Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within the RN scope of practice.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and functional status and identify changes in patient condition.
Recognize deterioration or potential health concerns and respond or escalate appropriately.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Provide safe, competent, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
Promote patient dignity, privacy, independence, safety, and autonomy.

Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Current registration and good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) with the ability to practice within the RNs legislated and professional scope of practice.
Experience in community health, case management, or a Primary Health Care setting is considered an asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of primary care and chronic disease management as per CRNS guidelines and employer-approved protocols.
