Creative Destruction Lab

Boost your career with Creative Destruction Lab as a Senior Director of Information Technology. Lead a global technology strategy while overseeing a dynamic technology team. As Senior Director of Information Technology, you’ll report to the CEO and manage a diverse team, encompassing infrastructure leaders and cybersecurity experts. This position serves as a critical role in shaping an organization's technology landscape while enhancing its operational capabilities. Your leadership will drive strategic technology initiatives aligned with CDL’s mission to commercialize science for humanity. Key Responsibilities:

Establish comprehensive tech requirements for new entities
Design and manage robust technology infrastructure
Lead security operations and compliance initiatives
Create a data strategy that optimizes decision-making
Build strong relationships across CDL sites

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred
12-15 years of IT leadership experience
5+ years in senior technology roles
Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud and Salesforce
Proven success in managing IT risk and compliance
