Product Owner - Customer Care (contrat 6+ mois) (Laval)

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Product Owner pour un contrat d'une durée de 6 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.

We are currently looking for a Product Owner for a 6-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDAT

• Agir comme point de contact principal entre les équipes TI, les fournisseurs applicatifs, les équipes
• Vulgariser les concepts techniques pour les équipes d'affaires et translater les besoins d'affaires en langage technique pour les développeurs et les fournisseurs
• Recueillir, trier et escalader les enjeux applicatifs et opérationnels

MANDATE

• Act as the primary point of contact between IT teams, application vendors, and other teams
• Explain technical concepts to business teams and translate business needs into technical language for developers and vendors
• Gather, prioritize, and elevate application and operational issues

PROFIL

• 5+ années d'expérience comme Product Owner avec un background technique
• Expérience dans un environnement l'IA/ML, aux intégrations d'entreprise ou aux environnements Supply Chain / WMS
• Fortes connaissances en SQL et Python; capacité à lire du code, des APIs et de la documentation technique de manière autonome
• Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum/Kanban) et des outils Jira et Confluence
• BAC en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a technical background
• Experience in an AI/ML setting, enterprise integrations, or Supply Chain/WMS environments
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python; ability to independently read code, APIs, and technical documentation
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Bilingualism (French and English) required
