Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Marriott Château Champlain

Elevate your career at Marriott Château Champlain as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Ensure financial accuracy and lead A/R operations in a prestigious downtown hotel. This full-time position reports to the Director of Finance and plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of Accounts Receivable while supporting general accounting efforts. You will develop efficient billing procedures, engage with various departments, and foster a culture of accuracy and integrity in financial processes. Your leadership will be vital in managing and training team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily billing activities with various departments
- Review contracts and invoices for correctness
- Manage financial transactions and oversee reconciliations
- Collaborate on internal controls and month-end closings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
- 3-4 years of experience in hospitality finance
- 2+ years in an accounting supervisory role
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency with hospitality accounting systems
- Bilingual in French and English is required
