User Experience Partner at Allied (Winnipeg)

Enhance tenant experiences with Allied as a User Experience Partner in Canada. This role focuses on tenant engagement, property administration, and ensuring operational excellence across numerous locations.

As a User Experience Partner, you will report to the Manager, Portfolio Operations. Your role includes addressing user inquiries, managing portfolios, and coordinating with Technical Services for issue resolution. With responsibility for communications and events, you'll significantly impact user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user inquiries including billing and service requests
  • Oversee day-to-day portfolio management tasks
  • Collaborate with Technical Services for timely issue resolution
  • Assist with user engagement events and initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all users

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in a customer-driven administrative role
  • Robust customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience with Yardi is a plus
