Digital Banking Product Management Analyst

Citigroup Inc.

Shape digital banking products at Citi through roadmap analysis, client feedback, and platform enhancement coordination. This full time position supports Canadian market needs.

As a Product Management Senior Analyst, you will support digital platforms and treasury solutions across local, regional, and global teams. Apply analytical skills, product development knowledge, and clear communication to guide priorities and client outcomes. The work includes Digital Onboarding, CitiDirect, file based solutions, host to host connectivity, API integrations, Billing, and Statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support client demands across key digital platforms and solutions
Maintain and evolve the local digital platforms product roadmap
Analyze data and client feedback to identify opportunities
Coordinate enhancements, issue resolution, and platform deployments
Partner with Sales and Implementation teams on product adoption

Requirements:

Five to eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Bring product management, digital platform, and analytical expertise to Citi's Canadian banking solutions and client experience.
