Your Role in Connecting Customers:
- Work closely with customers to assess their needs and recommend Rogers' cutting-edge solutions
- Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote and sell Rogers' products, plans, and services to meet individual and team sales goals
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Rogers' technology offerings
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively
- Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on Rogers' latest advancements
- Provide tailored solutions for both personal and business communication needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales objectives
