Job Description
Under new management, Bromley Parts & Service , a trusted name keeping commercial kitchens running since 1954, is expanding its Arkansas service team. We are seeking experienced Commercial Cooking Equipment Service Technicians to provide reliable field service across your assigned territory. While hot-side (ovens, fryers, ranges, steamers) experience is preferred, skilled cold-side/refrigeration technicians are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites
• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in the field
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Keep service vehicle, tools, and inventory organized
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

• $29–$32/hour, annualized to $60,000 – $66,500+, plus $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
• 3+ years hands-on experience servicing commercial cooking equipment (relevant military experience considered)
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Hot-side equipment experience preferred; cold-side/refrigeration a plus
• EPA Certification, HVAC/R License, or CFESA credentials a plus
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Minimum age: 18
