Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
The Senior SAP ERP FC – Distribution & Transportation executes the design and deployment of SAP S4 Logistics solutions by participating with project and operational teams to align business needs with module and solution functions. In this role, you are actively involved in project phases and technological solution support, operating closely with business counterparts to design and create SAP solutions which will enable and improve business processes to facilitate business goals and strategies. Our operating environment is SAP S4/Hana Fashion and Vertical Business Solution, which is connected to SAP EWM, CAR, IBP and ECC AFS.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.Meet Your Future Team:The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who know and understand the tools that we use to support the business. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out and sequenced to deliver the overall technology roadmap. Together, we host, manage, and improve a range of technical tools for all aspects of design, business, finance, logistics, global sales, and many other heroes within the organization.

Following documentation, best-practice and change management standards within Arc’teryxCoordinating and executing Change Requests from Process design through Functional Specifications and Implementation, including coordination of resource partners for end-to-end process coverageMaintaining ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders and peers to gather and interpret user/system requirements, pain points and process issuesDeveloping and maintaining prioritization of change requestsLeading stakeholders in detailed business process blueprint activities to create blueprints and use cases/user storiesPreparing detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and formsExecuting unit testing, functional testing, and system integration testing is completed to Arc’teryx standardsEnsuring 2nd/3rd level support and liaising with key users to troubleshoot and resolve issuesParticipating in the development and review of training materials, and taking part in training delivery where required for new releases of SAP or in cases of changes and enhancements in SAP functionalityMaintaining updated knowledge on SAP best-practices, roadmap and technologies to provide informed architectural and design decisionsHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

You have a degree or technical diploma, with 8+ years’ experience in SAP System development and sustainment, or the equivalent experienceYou have 6+ years of recent experience with distribution and transportation business processes, ideally in the world of retail, wholesale, fashion, footwear or similarYou have 6+ years of functional experience in SAP Logistics and EWMYou have a background in implementing SAP S4 and/or SAP FMS, SAP AFSYou have knowledge of SAP integration with automated warehouse solutions and 3PLs, and you may have experience with SAP GTS or Ship ERP as an additional assetYou are an excellent collaborator while also able to work effectively with a teamYou are comfortable facilitating content and product solutions to all levels of leadershipYou are adaptable and forward thinkingYou are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlinesYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are able to travel internationally as requiredYou are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutionsYou remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguityYou are able to balance autonomy and collaborationYou inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvementCompensation:
The salary range for this role is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000
