You will be responsible for creating engine maintenance scopes, leading investigations, and effectively communicating resolutions. Your insights will drive continuous improvement within our operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance trends in engine hardware
- Define maintenance scopes for repairs
- Address technical service challenges effectively
- Lead investigations and corrective action plans
- Document technical findings and reports
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in MRO or similar
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Background in aviation or aftermarket repairs
- Expertise in continuous improvement methods
