Lead private equity assurance engagements at BDO using IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and complex consolidation expertise. Work across office, client sites, and virtually.As a Senior Manager, Assurance – Private Equity, you will manage complex audits for portfolio companies across manufacturing, consumer products, and technology. The role combines technical guidance, project management, client relationship building, and leadership development. You will support quality delivery and the growth of BDO’s Private Equity audit practice.Key Responsibilities:
Manage audit portfolios for private equity-backed portfolio companiesLead complex year-end audits and review financial statementsResolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issuesPlan engagements, assess risks, and manage resourcesCoach managers, senior associates, and staffRequirements:
CPA designationEight or more years of assurance and audit experienceManager or Senior Manager public accounting experienceStrong knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAPPrivate equity portfolio company auditing experienceBring assurance leadership, consolidation expertise, and trusted client relationship skills to BDO’s growing Private Equity practice.
