This role involves overseeing a 40-50 member development team, crafting and implementing strategies for Verily’s critical AI infrastructure. You'll be responsible for enhancing model development processes and bridging gaps in healthcare research through innovative software solutions, ensuring compliance and security in every step.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct software development strategies for AI platforms
• Enhance model development tools for data scientists
• Collaborate across clinical, data science, and product teams
• Ensure compliance in CIAM implementation
• Lead Lifelong Health Study software initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 12+ years in data or software engineering
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Experience with ML platforms or regulated software
• Familiarity with IAM systems in healthcare
