UX UI Product Designer

CX/UX consultant embedded in a digital transformation team to:

• map and analyse existing customer journeys (web, mobile, possibly contact center),
• identify pain points and improvement opportunities,
• design target journeys and interfaces (flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes) aligned with product strategy,
• work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and development teams to ensure realistic implementation aligned with user needs,
• contribute to the setup or evolution of an existing design system (without necessarily leading it).

Context: digital transformation / customer experience redesign for a large enterprise (telecom, banking/insurance, healthcare or services).

Profile Requirement

• 4–7 years’ experience in UX / Product Design / CX on digital products
• Strong command of Figma (or equivalent) for design & prototyping
• Experience in user research (interviews, usability tests, feedback analysis)
• Ability to formalize customer journeys (as‑is / to‑be) and produce clear deliverables for business and IT
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Good communication skills, able to present work to non‑design stakeholders
• Fluent French, professional English
