Growth Marketing Lead: Channel Experiments & AI Testing

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive experiments beyond core paid search. You will design tests across paid social, programmatic and emerging channels, manage a growing test budget, and own 1–2 channels within 6–12 months.
You will analyze data to decide which experiments to scale or pivot, present recommendations to Marketing and Sales leaders, and leverage AI tools to increase test velocity while preserving human judgment.
