Ai Governance Enablement Manager

Drive responsible AI adoption at Canadian Tire Corporation through governance enablement, stakeholder engagement, and practical guidance across the organization.As the AI Governance Enablement Manager, you will partner with AI practitioners, product teams, and business stakeholders. You will translate policies, standards, and risk requirements into actionable guidance. The work supports AI risk assessments, reviews, approvals, training, and consistent governance practices.Key Responsibilities:
Embed AI governance requirements into delivery processesSupport AI risk assessments, reviews, and approval processesLead training sessions and communities of practiceDevelop tools, templates, and practical governance guidanceMonitor adoption, maturity, and process effectivenessRequirements:
Five or more years in AI, analytics, data governance, change management, or enablementStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience translating requirements into actionable guidanceAbility to influence business and technical teamsCollaborative, service-oriented approach balancing governance and innovationApply AI governance, facilitation, and enablement expertise to strengthen responsible practices across Canadian Tire Corporation business units.
