Our client, a leading manufacturer in the window and door industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication.

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry to update customer information accurately
- Provide information on upgrades and options
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience in manufacturing environment
- Some knowledge about windows or doors for commercial and residential buildings
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
