- Lead and manage a team of motion designers
- Create and refine storyboards and styleframes
- Oversee design and animation of campaign assets
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with clients to meet their creative needs
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D and 3D motion design
- 8+ years in motion design, 3+ years in leadership
- Proficient in Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Adobe Suite
- Strong design and organizational skills
- Familiarity with animation processes and tools
