PERFORMANCE BAR

Performance Bar, by Impact Kitchen is a specialized group of limited-menu locations focused on the performance community. Operating from within Equinox gyms, the Performance Bar nourishes those before and after training.

PERFORMANCE BAR TEAM MEMBER

As a Performance Bar Team Member (PBTM) you support the Performance Bar community before and after workouts by preparing smoothies, coffee, nutrient-dense snacks, and setting the hospitality standard high. PBTMs make $20.00 per hour + tips , receive a substantial discount on Impact Kitchen products, and have access to the Equinox facility as well as team perks that support a healthy lifestyle. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Show up for your team, be consistent, punctual and present.
• Provide best-in-class hospitality to the community, know regulars, and build relationships. 
• Be an Impact Kitchen subject matter expert, sell the menu, own and adhere to process. 
• Take, prepare and provide orders to guests and delivery partners to standards with consistency and accuracy. Be able to adapt to recipe and SOP changes. 
• Perform various tasks during each shift and support teammates as required.

ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully
• Work well with others in a team based setting
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to learn quickly both with and without direct coaching
• Ability to execute and thrive in a quick paced hospitality environment
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of tim.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
• Preferred but not required: Food Handlers Certification
