Senior Plc Motion Control Engineer

Samco Machinery

PLC and motion control expertise define this Senior Electrical Designer opportunity with Samco Machinery Ltd. Design precise systems for custom machinery.This engineering candidate will develop and deploy PLC, motion control, and HMI solutions for custom machinery. Responsibilities include integrating Rockwell and Bosch platforms, configuring synchronized motion, and supporting sensors, actuators, and safety devices. Collaboration continues through testing and inspection.Key Responsibilities:
Develop code for Rockwell, Bosch, and other PLC platformsIntegrate precise synchronized motion control solutionsConfigure servos, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and safety devicesDevelop and deploy HMI user interface platformsCollaborate with controls and testing teams throughout designRequirements:
Minimum three years’ experience with electrical engineering educationExperience designing PLC and HMI control systemsExperience with Ethernet/IP, SERCOS, Profinet, or similar protocolsServo control integration experience with Allen Bradley or BoschStrong communication and problem-solving skillsUse PLC programming, HMI development, and motion integration skills to deliver custom machinery control systems at Samco Machinery Ltd.
